Can we talk during our massage?
Of course, you can talk during your massage. We encourage you to do whatever helps you feel most comfortable, whether that’s quiet conversation or peaceful silence.
What if we want different types of massage?
You don’t need to get the same type of massage as your partner. Each of you can choose your own massage style and pressure level based on what your body needs.
Should we eat before our massage?
Having a light snack before your massage is fine. We recommend avoiding heavy meals within two hours of your appointment for maximum comfort.
What should we wear?
You’ll undress to your personal comfort level in private before the massage. Our therapists use proper draping techniques throughout the session to ensure you’re always comfortably covered.
Spa Etiquette And Expectations
Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours notice will incur a 75% cancellation fee. Full charges will be imposed for a “no show”.
Etiquette
Art Spa House is a retreat for your mind, body and spirit. We require draping in all sessions and treatments. Out of consideration for others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum. Dedicate your time at our spa to complete relaxation. Switching off cellular phones and other electronic devices is recommended so that you may relish in your treatment without interruption
from the outside world.
Reservations
We do accept walk-ins, however, we recommend that you book well in advance to secure you preferred date and time of treatment. If we do not have space available for your desired date and/or time, ask to be put on our “standby” list. A credit card number is required to secure appointments.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates for our treatments are valid for 12 months and can be purchased at the front desk in person, over the phone, or from our website. Appointment “no shows” will void the gift certificate.
Check In
Please arrive on time to avoid a reduced appointment time. Late appointment arrivals will be responsible for the full payment of scheduled treatment.
Gratuities
Gratuities are greatly appreciated but not required.
Refund Policy
All gift certificates are nonrefundable. Gift certificates are transferable and can be exchanged for any treatment of equal or less value, if available.

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
