What should I wear between treatments?

We provide cozy robes and slippers to ensure you feel completely comfortable throughout your spa journey. You’ll also have access to a private changing area and a secure locker to store your personal belongings safely.

Can I customize my package?

Our spa packages are thoughtfully designed to deliver the best flow of services for your relaxation and results. However, we may be able to make small adjustments to accommodate your preferences if requested at the time of booking.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you have time to check in without feeling rushed. This also allows you to begin relaxing in our tranquil atmosphere before your treatments start.

What if I need to cancel?What if I need to cancel?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other guests and helps you avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy

Out of courtesy to our team and guests on our waitlist, appointments changed or canceled without adequate notice are subject to a charge up to the full service amount.

Etiquette

ART Spa House is a retreat for your mind, body and spirit. We require draping in all sessions and treatments. Out of consideration for others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum. Dedicate your time at our spa to complete relaxation. Switching off cellular phones and other electronic devices is recommended so that you may relish in your treatment without interruption
from the outside world.

Reservations

We do accept walk-ins, however, we recommend that you book well in advance to secure you preferred date and time of treatment. If we do not have space available for your desired date and/or time, ask to be put on our “standby” list. A credit card number is required to secure appointments.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates for our treatments can be purchased at the front desk in person, over the phone, or from our website. Appointment “no shows” will void the gift certificate.

Check In

Please arrive on time to avoid a reduced appointment time. Late appointment arrivals will be responsible for the full payment of scheduled treatment.

Gratuities

Gratuities are greatly appreciated but not required.

Refund Policy

All gift certificates are nonrefundable. Gift certificates are transferable and can be exchanged for any treatment of equal or less value, if available.
